Located on the quieter north end of San Pancho’s beautiful beach, Casa Lorenzo is a beach-front home offering visitors a tranquil sanctuary nestled between the jungle-laden Sierras and Mexico’s Pacific coastline. The Casa is a leisurely 15 minute stroll down the beach to the center of San Pancho. In the village center you will discover dozens of restaurants and cafes, along with many boutique shops and tourist related services.

Next door is the 5-star restaurant Tierra Tropical, offering our guests wonderful dining options, a full bar, a beautiful infinity pool, and conference rooms … all with similar sweeping views of the beach. Sunset dinners are popular and usually require reservations. So with Casa Lorenzo’s beach-front dining table, and the restaurant’s 5-star menu and talented chef only steps away, you have two remarkable dining venues at your finger tips.

Casa Lorenzo is a two bedroom retreat, sleeping up to 7 guests. It’s architecture is unusual for the area, leaning toward Moroccan lines and arches. It appeals to those not looking for modern luxuries, or upscale designs. We have wifi, but no TV. The Casa’s character beckons adventurous souls looking for more relaxed rhythms and a way to retreat from the fast lanes of life, but not be completely isolated from the conveniences and thriving culture of the village. The master suite offers a sweeping view of the beach from it’s ocean facing balcony…perfect for morning coffee and private viewings of our wonderful sunsets.

Amenities

Beach-front home… 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1800 ft2. Sleeps 7 in total. Upstairs master suite, living room, and palapa room look out over the ocean for a remarkable view of the beach and sunsets.

Master suite… sleeps 2, CA King bed with ocean view, private balcony with sweeping views of the ocean, fully air-conditioned w/ ceiling fans, 2 armoires for clothes, private master bath with shower / tub.

Guest bedroom…sleeps 3, CA king bed and 1 single bed, large room with sofa and living area, chest of drawers, fully air-conditioned w/ ceiling fan, private access to lower bathroom.

Living room…sizeable living room facing the beach, windows and doors open out to ocean breeze w/ sweeping views of the garden and the beach, sofa / trundle bed sleeps 2, ceiling fan, only steps from the beach.

Palapa room…30ft palm thatch palapa envelops the primary living space and dining room, with doors opening out to the ocean breeze, bar/cantina with refrigerator, ceiling fan. A small bar with refrigerator provides storage and serving space for wine, tequilas, or your favorite beverages.

Kitchen w/ bartop ... kitchen w/ modern appliances, 6-burner range and stove, 19cft refrigerator, double sink, EZ access to bartop for serving meals, ceiling fan

Lower bathroom… full bath w/ generous sized shower, vanity countertop, with private access from Guest bedroom, linen storage cabinets, includes a live 40ft coconut tree in the center of the room.

Breezeway/office space… private space ideal for small office, with pass-thru doors to the Guest bedroom.

Outdoor patio…privately situated at the rear of the lot, but with ocean breezes and views across the lawn to the ocean, includes an outdoor shower, surrounded by lush tropical foliage and a variety of herbs.

Beach front palapa…patio and table for 5 below palm thatch palapa, with night lighting, overlooks the beach entrance with sweeping views of the ocean front. Delightful space for morning coffee and evening sunsets.

We request a 50% deposit to secure your reservation and remove the property from the rental market. A security deposit is also required before occupancy.
