And it is conveniently located 3 blocks from the Plaza and the town’s center …just a 5-minute walk away. Casa Amistad is centrally located … close to the markets and so close to the beach!
Lo de Marcos is a quiet pueblo compared to Sayulita and San Pancho. But there is plenty of life here. It’s not uncommon to see the locals or a cowboy or two commute the streets on horseback. It is a coastal fishing village with big horse appeal. Being just north of San Pancho and Sayulita, Lo de Marcos is less than 20 minutes from San Pancho.

Casa Amistad is a two-story duplex, with off-street secure parking. The upper unit sleeps 2 in a one bedroom layout, with a smartly decorated living room…including a queen-sized futon that sleeps 2. The unit is comfortably furnished and opens onto a large sheltered balcony that is bathed with wonderful ocean breezes. The balcony is a perfect spot for a hammock between the span of it’s large open arches. The upper unit also has access to the living space on the roof, with unobstructed views of the sunrise over the mountains to the east. Our renters favor the open-space for morning coffee while listening to the birds singing across the village. Sunsets can also be remarkable from the roof, with wide-open views of the stars in the dark night sky above.
Casa Amistad has a kitchen that is equipped with a modestly-sized refrigerator, counter-top range and electric oven, and a microwave. All utensils, dinnerware, and glassware are included.

Secure home… upper level is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 500 ft2 unit, located 2 blocks from the beach.
Bedroom… sleeps 2, with upgraded Queen-sized mattress, ceiling fan, and a large armoire for clothes.
Living room…sizeable living room furnished comfortably with matching queen-sized futon capable of sleeping two, bookcase with reading material, ceiling fan, windows and door open out to private upper balcony bathed in ocean breezes.
Kitchen... airy, well-lit kitchen w/ modern appliances, 4-burner range, 16cft refrigerator, microwave, counter top toaster-oven, with coffee maker and full selection of pots/pans and utensils.
Bathroom… full bath w/ generous sized shower, ceiling fan, and includes linens and towels
Private upper balcony … private access is via the rear of the property, with stairs leading up to the entrance to the unit. This 10ft x 35ft long balcony provides an excellent living space for meals and relaxation. The ocean breezes are a perfect invitation to hang a hammock, read a book, or have a relaxing siesta. A traditional sofa and a couple chairs are also provided for friends and visitors to enjoy the sheltered space.
